Items that cannot be returned: Any piece that is not custom and is considered pre-made.

Items that are up for discussion: custom requests. My main goal is to make you happy. Thats the whole point of custom right? I want to make your idea come to life. If the custom piece is completed in the size, style, and color that was requested there will be no return or refund.  If the size, style, or color of the custom piece is not what was discussed, my first step is going to be editing the piece until it reflects your original idea. If you still are not satisfied, refunds or partial refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have questions click the link below to the custom page for details.
